Mission

The Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 is a landmark piece of legislation. The ODPC is actively enforcing it. But most organisations in Kenya - from fintechs to hospitals to e-commerce companies - are trying to get compliant with a mix of spreadsheets, legal opinions, and wishful thinking.
