Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask any organisation what data they hold about you and what they do with it. Choose an organisation that uses Dira and send your request - it goes straight into their compliance workflow.

Your rights (s.26)

  • Access. Get a copy of the personal data an organisation holds about you.
  • Deletion. Ask an organisation to erase your personal data (s.40).
  • Correction. Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Portability. Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (s.38).
  • Restriction. Limit how your data is processed in certain cases (s.34).
  • Objection. Object to processing, including direct marketing (s.36).
